Year End Market Stats for Durham

I'm continuing to build the SpringtreeTerritory site as my main real estate site with DurhamLuxRe and TheDurhamite serving to complement it. My latest post on SpringtreeTerritory is a year end wrap up of sales in the Durham real estate market for 2009.

Check it out for a glimmer of hope. The fourth quarter this year is the first in two years to improve over the same quarter in the previous year...and it was a whopping 26%. Of course, the fourth quarter last year and the first quarter this year are the two worst we've had in at least the last five years.

Let's keep our fingers crossed that this is the start of a trend.
